Dive Training

While passing through Blenheim and the Marlborough Sounds, why not do some specialty dives with us. On the wrecks, the wreck specialty or the deep specialty ! progress through your Advanced Course in easy steps ! Just ask !

Imagine diving the "Twins" or "Lermy" and doing your wreck specialty at the same time.....
Would you like to learn to dive in the stunning Marlborough Sounds or upgrade your dive skills? Blenheim Dive Centre is the longest continuously running Dive Operation in the South Island with Kevin and Jennifer Bailey being the owners. Kevin is a PADI Master Instructor and TDI Instructor. Bryan (their son) is now part of the operation and is also a PADI Master Instructor so if its experience, professionalism, safety and divers that really know the "Top of the South" diving area, Blenheim Dive Centre is thechoice !

PADI COURSES

All PADI courses are catered for and customized to suit your needs. For example, if you wish to include dives on the Mikhail Lermontov with your advanced course wreck dive or your 'wreck specialty' we are more than happy to ensure this happens.

Day or evening classes are held depending on your preference.

All classes are conducted with no more than six students per course. This enables our instructors to provide a more personalized diving experience. One on one instruction will be provided upon request.

We pride ourselves that all our students complete our courses as fully competent students. Over the years we have found that some students require a little more class time or pool time or even sea time, within reason this is not a problem and this extra tuition will be given free of charge to ensure you complete your course as a confident and knowledgable diver. You will not be signed off until your instructor is fully comfortable with your ability.

Foreign Languagematerials are available for most PADI courses so if English is not your first language then please ask our staff for the manual of your choice.

Technical Diving International (TDI)

For the more serious diver we also offer Technical Diving International (TDI) courses so if Nitrox, Advanced Nitrox or Decompression Procedures courses are your next challenge then do it whilst in Marlborough with Blenheim Dive Centre.

The Mikhail Lermontov is great for doing technical diving courses. Give us a call.
